One of a limited number of one-of-a-kind handmade sea-glass necklace and earring sets carefully selected from my collection of sea-glass, in a range of colours, (see other listings) each with their own unique qualites. This set is a gorgeous sea-foam green, a perfect reminder of those salty, foamy waves lapping the shore.
Every individual piece of sea-glass has its own individual character and to find three pieces that work well together is a real treat. These three nuggets were found and collected by me on the beach at Seaham in County Durham, and were carefully matched for colour, size and shape to go well together. The sea-glass has been wrapped by hand in fine silver wire to provide a gentle way of showcasing its natural form, colour and beauty.
A perfect set for special occasions, popular with people who ‘don’t wear jewellery’ and great for stacking with other necklaces too.
Details & Measurements:
All wire used for wrapping is recycled solid fine-silver. Chains provided are recycled 45cm solid sterling silver delicate trace or belcher (other styles and lengths are available by request). Earring hooks are solid sterling silver.
NB: All sea-glass measurements are approximate due to the irregular shapes of the individual nuggets.
Sea-Foam Green: pendant 2cm x 1cm including loop (sea-glass nugget 1.5 .× 1.cm); earrings approx 1.5 × 0.5cm (including loop), full drop approx 3cm..
These sets are made only when I have the right sea-glass in my collection. Some colours are more readily available than others.
