A solid fine silver necklace that started life as a small heart-shaped stone found on a beach in Hampshire which has been turned into silver by the magic that is Silver-Clay. The end result is a dainty silver heart pendant made of solid fine silver that captures perfectly the texture and shape of the original stone on one side, and is filed and polished smooth on the other. The handmaking process using metal clay gives an imperfect and irregular shape just like the original. It’s a unique piece of handmade jewellery (this is the only one made from this particular stone, which will be wrapped with the necklace) and would made a lovely gift for a special occasion or a Christmas gift for a loved one. This is one of a number of heart shaped beach stones that I have turned into silver using moulds and silver clay - the majority of which are one-off pieces, like this one. So you know that whoever wears this will be connected to something totally unique. Other stones will appear in my shop periodiscally, or you can contact me to find out about others that may be in my collection.
The silver heart hangs from a recycled sterling silver trace chain.
